Holistic Approach
Compassionate care for adolescents & young adults
Therapeutic Approaches
Psychodynamic Therapy
This approach helps you gently explore how your past, especially early relationships and experiences might still be shaping how you feel, think, and relate today. Together, we make space for insight and self-understanding, allowing old patterns to soften.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
CBT helps you notice and shift unhelpful thought patterns that impact how you feel and behave. By exploring the connection between thoughts, emotions, and actions, we work together to build healthier ways of thinking and coping.
Mindfulness-Based Therapies
Mindfulness invites you to slow down, notice, and be present with what’s here, practicing without judgment. Using modalities to connect with breath, body awareness, and grounding practices to help you relate to your thoughts and emotions with more spaciousness and care.
Exposure and Response Prevention
Through providing a gentle, structured approach, ERP helps you face fears or anxieties without falling into the urge to avoid or “fix” them. By gradually and safely exposing yourself to what feels uncomfortable, and resisting old patterns of response, helping you build resilience, confidence, and freedom over time.
Compassion-Focused Therapy
This approach helps you relate to yourself with kindness instead of criticism. Together, we cultivate inner warmth and understanding, especially toward the parts of you that carry shame, fear, or self-doubt.
Somatic Parts Therapy
We bring gentle attention to the wisdom of the body and the many “parts” within you, each with its own voice and story. This integrative approach honors your whole self, helping stuck or disconnected parts move toward healing, safety, and harmony.
A holistic approach in therapy means we honor all parts of you, integrating mind and body, attuning to your emotions, spirit and environment. Rather than just focusing on symptoms, we explore the deeper layers of your experience with curiosity and care. Whether you’re struggling with perfectionism, masking, disordered eating, body image challenges, or relational pain. Our work together centers on creating a safe space to explore your experiences. We will work together to reconnect to your inner voice and begin with care and intention. This allows space for healing that’s grounded, meaningful, and connected to your whole self.
Philosophy
Within us lies the foundation for a home, crafted from every crack, corner and tender fragment of who we are. When we nurture it with patience and care, it becomes a sanctuary where we can truly be whole.
As part of my mission, I will walk alongside you in creating a space where you can come home to yourself. Together, we’ll work to:
Honor every part of you, especially the ones that feel broken, hidden or messy.
Build inner safety and self-trust through care, curiosity, and attunement.
Recognize that your story holds the wisdom needed for healing.
Embrace wholeness, not as perfection, but as reclaiming the fullness of who you are.
